We conducted an upgrade for the Trading Plus website, leveraging our prior work on their site. The evolving needs of the client led us to implement an e-commerce solution within the existing website framework. We seamlessly integrated the e-commerce functionality using WooCommerce, connecting it to their payment gateway—specifically, Stripe—and synchronizing it with their CRM system.
As part of the upgrade, we introduced tailored automations to streamline the purchasing process. This included email notifications at various stages of the order, ensuring timely updates and enhancing user engagement. We also implemented custom developments to facilitate specific aspects of the service purchase journey. This involved incorporating stages such as additional payment requests, form submissions, calendar-based meetings, and continuous notifications to keep users informed about the status of their service. Our comprehensive approach not only enhanced the website’s functionality but also optimized the overall user experience for seamless service transactions.
